The world is advancing at an exponential rate, fueled by breakthroughs in emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, robotics, data science, and cybersecurity. Yet many students still don’t realize the opportunities they have to shape the future through science, technology, engineering, arts, and math.

Our Community Ambassador Program empowers high school and college students who are passionate about STEAM and education to become leaders in their communities. Ambassadors spark curiosity in technology, connect peers to opportunities, and build confidence by teaching 21st-century professional and workforce skills—from collaboration and creativity to adaptability and problem-solving.

At its heart, this program is about preparing the next generation of innovators for the future of work. By volunteering with WCTD, students gain hands-on experience with emerging tech, develop the skills to thrive in tomorrow’s workforce, and inspire others to reimagine what’s possible. Together, we can create a ripple effect that transforms communities around the world.
